How We Manufacture The Perfect Mattress
Our manufacturing process begins with a vision. As specialist bed makers, we can create bespoke mattresses to fit beds of all shapes and sizes. So, whether a traditional single, double, king or queen sized mattress, or something utterly unique we can tailor our products to serve every need. Once your specs are in, we will make your mattress to order. All our mattresses are filled with 100% authentic Dartmoor wool sourced locally, and lovingly finished with our makers mark as a testament to our quality workmanship.
